Visitors scan a QR code from their seat or program booklet during the performance. They select drinks and snacks and choose the intermission for pickup. After payment they receive a pickup code. Just before the break, all pre-orders are prepared at the correct bar, allowing visitors to collect their order immediately without waiting. Ideal for venues with short 15–20 minute intermissions.
Yes, Jamezz supports multi-bar routing. Each QR code is linked to a specific location (ground floor, balcony, tier 1, tier 2, etc.). The system routes orders automatically to the nearest bar. Visitors see on their screen at which bar to pick up. We can also send SMS notifications with exact location.
The system has intelligent timing. You set when intermission starts (for example at 8:30 PM). All pre-orders are automatically sent to kitchen 5-10 minutes before intermission for preparation. Staff knows exactly what has priority. At intermission all drinks are ready. Visitors can also order during intermission, but pre-orders always have priority.
Absolutely! For VIP lounges and premium seats we use tablets for discreet service. Staff takes orders without guests having to stand up. VIP menus can be extensive with champagne, cocktails and premium snacks. Welcome drinks in advance are also possible. Everything is directly invoiced or added to an account for groups.
Yes, Jamezz can manage multiple performances in parallel. Each hall has own menus, prices and timing for intermissions. QR codes per hall ensure orders go to right bar. This is ideal for large theaters with multiple halls. Different times per performance are also automatically processed.
Jamezz has built-in alcohol control. You can make age verification mandatory for alcoholic drinks. At pickup staff checks identification. You can also set limits per order (max 2 drinks) or per time (no alcohol after 11 PM). For groups and corporate outings separate rules can apply. Everything is flexibly adjustable per theater.
