Google Ads

HubSpot CRM (Portal 26049307, EU Server)
HubSpot is our CRM and marketing automation platform. We use HubSpot for processing demo requests and lead management.

HubSpot CRM API (Private App): Additionally, we use a HubSpot Private App ("Cursor HubSpot Read Only", read-only access) for weekly internal marketing reports. This API places no cookies in your browser; it is a server-to-server connection between Jamezz and HubSpot. Legal basis: legitimate interest (internal marketing reporting without profiling).
Microsoft Clarity (heatmaps and session recordings)
Microsoft Clarity helps us understand how visitors use our website through heatmaps, click maps, and anonymized session recordings. Clarity is only loaded after your explicit consent for analytics cookies and does not place any cookies as long as you have not given consent.

- Retention period: 13 months
- Legal basis: Consent (opt-in via cookie banner, "analytics" category)
- Implementation: Loaded via Google Tag Manager with consent gating; tag only fires when
analytics_storage = granted
When you withdraw your analytics consent via the "Cookie Settings" button, all Clarity cookies are deleted immediately.
Google reCAPTCHA v3
Google reCAPTCHA v3 protects our demo request form against spam and abuse.

- Purpose: Spam prevention and form security
- Cookies: None - reCAPTCHA v3 works completely cookieless
- Data processing: IP address, browser fingerprint, mouse movements, page behavior

reCAPTCHA v3 works invisibly in the background and calculates a risk score without you having to solve CAPTCHAs.
